We’re here to support your child in their e-learning process by repairing student iPads and Chromebooks. Submitting a repair request is simple and should only take a couple minutes.

Hoosier Tech Device Repair Process

To begin a support ticket, click the “Repair Request” button which will direct you to the service repair form.

Fill out the form completely and click “Submit.”

Expect a call from us to schedule a time to pick up the device. We will leave a loaner for your child to use in the meantime.

When the repair is completed, we’ll contact you to arrange a drop-off time.


Repair time varies according to the problem. We will return the device as soon as possible.

Your student will be back to e-learning with the repaired device!
